If you love avocados just like I do, try this very simple dish that requires zero cooking! Needless to say, this is super heart healthy and will definitely make you full!
- 1 Avocado; cubed
- 1 cup Corn; boiled
- 10 Cherry Tomatoes; halved
- 1 Shallot; chopped
- 1 tbsp Cilantro (Chinese Coriander); chopped leaves
- 1 large Lime; juiced
- 1 Chilli Padi; chopped (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne
- Toss everything in a salad bowl!
- Viola ~
PS: You can add roasted chicken, tuna.. All to you! I was on a diet when I took this picture.. So that explains the clean diet 😜
