If you love avocados just like I do, try this very simple dish that requires zero cooking! Needless to say, this is super heart healthy and will definitely make you full!

Ingredients 

  • 1 Avocado; cubed
  • 1 cup Corn; boiled 
  • 10 Cherry Tomatoes; halved
  • 1 Shallot; chopped
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro (Chinese Coriander); chopped leaves
  • 1 large Lime; juiced 
  • 1 Chilli Padi; chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne 

Directions 

  1. Toss everything in a salad bowl! 
  2. Viola ~

PS: You can add roasted chicken, tuna.. All to you! I was on a diet when I took this picture.. So that explains the clean diet 😜
