This is a not a dish but a seasoning salt that will serve to be useful in almost anything (especially creamy sauces). This seasoning salt is quite similar to Lawry’s with some tweaks here and there, thus it becomes Sherlyn Cook’s Seasoning Salt. I usually make a tub to store so that I do not need to keep making it.
Here goes… For 1 spice tub.
- 8 tbsps of Salt (Iodized/Kosher/Regular)
- 12 tbsps of Celery Salt
- 14 tbsps of Sugar
- 4 tsps of Paprika Powder
- 2 tsps of Tumeric Powder
- 2 tsps of Onion Powder
- 2 tsps of Garlic Powder
- 2 tsps of Potato Starch
- Mix everything up with a dry spoon.
- Store at room temperature in your favorite canister.
